I am 58yers old and i am suffering from ashthma disease for 10years to continue.I am taking following medicines,these are LASILACTONE,DARRYPHILIN OD300,INHALLER350 SEROFLO;ROTAHALLER;BRICAREX COUGH SYRUP,OMNACORTIL10MG, But i couldnot found any relief.I am doing corrently at morning&evening slow deep breathing 10minute only and doing morning walk everyday.Kindly advice me more suggetion that how i can make my health better.
 
Basic yoga for diabetic.
 
I am diabetic but as I am suffering from waist problem, I cannot do proper exercise. Any alternate method. I also had unstable angina on 21/09/2007.
