Recipe for Papite-ka-halwa

| Semolina (suji) | 3.5 tbsp |
| Ripe papaya | 3.5 tbsp |
| Sugar | 5 tsp |
| Oil | 3 tsp |
| Water | For cooking |

| Method:
|
- Boil ripe papaya, mash and set aside.
- Soak suji in water for about 2 hrs.
- Discard top fluid. Add thick suji reissue along with sugar to the boiled papaya.
- Cook the mixture and keep stirring all the time.
- Add oil little at time while cooking.
- When the halwa starts leaving the sides of the pan, pour it on a greased plate and cut into small pieces.
