Recipe for Oats Patties

Oats Patties are a fibre rich, low cal, low fat, snack for diabetics and those who want to lose weight. This recipe makes 1 serving of 3 patties.

Amount |
| Oats flakes or bran | 1 tbsp |
| Sweet Corn | 1 tbsp |
| Green peas, cooked | 2 tsp |
| Green chilies | 1-2 nos |
| Ginger Chili Paste | 2 tsp |
| Oil | 1 tsp |
| Salt | to taste |

| Method:
|
- Steam the sweet corn and mash it coarsely.
- Make three patties from the above mixture.
- Bake in an oven for a fat-free recipe or smear very little oil on the tava and shallow fry the patties.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
