Recipe for Muesli Fingers

Muesli fingers makes an ideal low calorie, low fat snack item for diabetics and weight loss individuals . This recipe makes 4 fingers and serves 1 person.


Ingredients for Paratha Amount
Broken wheat flour1 tbsp
Muesli, unsweetened1 tbsp
Green peas (cooked)2 tsp
Sweet corn2 tsp
Carrot (diced)1 tsp
Green Chillies1-2 nos
Green Chilly paste2 tsp
Oil1 tsp
Salt1 tsp
Method for dough:
  • Steam the sweet corn and mash it coarsely.
  • Mix broken wheat flour, mashed sweet corn, green peas, carrot and ginger chili paste. Add salt to taste.
  • Make Fingers from this mixture. Wet the fingers in water and roll in Muesli.
  • Bake in an oven for a fat free recipe or smear very little oil on the tava and shallow fry the patties.
  • Serve hot with green chutney.
