Recipe for Muesli Fingers

Muesli fingers makes an ideal low calorie, low fat snack item for diabetics and weight loss individuals
. This recipe makes 4 fingers and serves 1 person.

| Ingredients for Paratha |

| Broken wheat flour | 1 tbsp |
| Muesli, unsweetened | 1 tbsp |
| Green peas (cooked) | 2 tsp |
| Sweet corn | 2 tsp |
| Carrot (diced) | 1 tsp |
| Green Chillies | 1-2 nos |
| Green Chilly paste | 2 tsp |
| Oil | 1 tsp |
| Salt | 1 tsp |

| Method for dough:
|
- Steam the sweet corn and mash it coarsely.
- Mix broken wheat flour, mashed sweet corn, green peas, carrot and ginger chili paste. Add salt to taste.
- Make Fingers from this mixture. Wet the fingers in water and roll in Muesli.
- Bake in an oven for a fat free recipe or smear very little oil on the tava and shallow fry the patties.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
