Recipe for Dudhi-ke-diet-vade

This
low calorie diet vada is made out of Bottle Gourd which is a very low calorie vegetable rich in antioxidants.

| Ingredients for rice |
Amount |
| Bottle gourd | 6 and a half tbsps |
| Wheat flour | 1 tsp |
| Sesame seeds | 2 tsp |
| Coriander leaves | 2-3 sticks |
| Oil | 1 tbsp |
| Salt | to taste |
| Garam Masala | to taste |
| Chili powder | to taste |
| Green chilies | 1-2 |

| Method:
|
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
- Peel and mash bottle gourd.
- Add wheat flour, chopped coriander, garam Masala, chili powder and salt.
- Make 4 vade out of it and roll in sesame seeds.
- Brush with oil and bake till brown.
- Serve hot with curd or green chutney
