Ingredients for rice Amount
Brown rice3 tbsp (30 gms)
Chole2 tsp (15 gms)
Masoor2 tsp
French Beans2 tsp
Salt, pepperTo taste
Oil2 Tsp
Saltto taste
Ingredients for hot sauce Amount
Tomatoes3 nos
Onions1 nos
Garlic4-5 flakes
Kashmiri chilies (soaked)3-4 nos
Salt, pepperTo taste
Method:
  • Soak chole and masoor separately for 7-8 hrs and pressure cook.
  • Cook rice separately and add salt in it while cooking.
  • Blanch tomatoes and chop them.
  • Sauté onions till light brown.
  • Make puree in mixer and add salt and pepper.
  • Toss the rice with chole, masoor, French beans in it.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Serve with hot sauce.
