| Ingredients for rice |
Amount |
| Brown rice | 3 tbsp (30 gms) |
| Chole | 2 tsp (15 gms) |
| Masoor | 2 tsp |
| French Beans | 2 tsp |
| Salt, pepper | To taste |
| Oil | 2 Tsp |
| Salt | to taste |

| Ingredients for hot sauce |
Amount |
| Tomatoes | 3 nos |
| Onions | 1 nos |
| Garlic | 4-5 flakes |
| Kashmiri chilies (soaked) | 3-4 nos |
| Salt, pepper | To taste |

| Method:
|
- Soak chole and masoor separately for 7-8 hrs and pressure cook.
- Cook rice separately and add salt in it while cooking.
- Blanch tomatoes and chop them.
- Sauté onions till light brown.
- Make puree in mixer and add salt and pepper.
- Toss the rice with chole, masoor, French beans in it.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Serve with hot sauce.
