Recipe for Onion-garlic Parathas

Onion-Garlic Parathas are a protien and phytochemicals rich recipe.
Protein is a very important for growth, development and wear and tear. Garlic and onions have
phytochemicals that help boost immunity. This recipe makes 1 serving of 2 parathas.

| Ingredients |
Amount |
| Chana flour | 2 tbsp |
| Wheat flour | 2 tbsp |
| Onion , medium size | 1 |
| Garlic paste | 1 tsp |
| Ginger Chili Paste | 1 tsp |
| Garlic | 6-8 cloves |
| Oil | 1 tsp |
| Salt | to taste |

| Method:
|
- Chop onion finely.
- Coarsely grind garlic with a stone.
- Make dough by mixing all the above ingredients, water and ½ tsp of the oil in the dough.
- Roll into a paratha.
- Heat tava, smear it with oil and place Paratha on it and turn once. Remove when brown spots appear on both sides..
