I have disturbed night sleep. Please advice.
 
I am sleeping more than 8 hour. How to control it?
 
I am 44 years old. I am taking daily Typlin-c tablet for sleeping. I can’t sleep without eating tablet any night. After eating said tablet I get sleep for 5 to 6 hours. I understand that habit of having medicines for sleep is injurious to health. Please advise me to get good sleep without taking medicines.
