    Prepare a Stress List
    Always keep a diary with you and try to fill the notes about the times, places and people that magnified your stress levels. This list can include anything right from the barking of your neighbor's dog to traffic problems, fight with a colleague or a shout from your boss. Once the problem is identified, there are two things that may help to minimize the causes
      Relaxation Techniques
      There are number of relaxation techniques to relive stress from your life. Two most efficient and easy methods of relaxation are:
        Time break
        Try to take breaks in between the busy schedule of your office timings. if possible, take a break of 5-10 minutes every hour. Waking up 10-15 minutes early can help you doing the plans for the entire day. Try to take out some time for yourself, once in a week or two weeks. Sit alone in the park or plan a trip outside for a day and forget all the worries when you are alone.
        Exercise
        Exercise is the most efficient way to relieve stress as well as other disorders. 30 minutes of regular exercise or a walk in the morning hours can reduce the levels of stress to a great extent.
        Stay Happy
        Keep yourself happy and busy with the things that give you satisfaction. A satisfied mind and body will never have a problem of stress. Acquiring hobbies like sports, music, puzzles and reading may help in minimizing the stress levels.
        Some people may experience a prolong stress in their life. In such cases, it is advised to see a doctor and seek help. Try to avoid habits such as smoking and drinking as they can not help in relieving stress.
