Every woman tries to find out the signs of pregnancy in her when she is trying to get pregnant. These symptoms are checked to figure out if you are pregnant or not. You can worry without saying a word or ask other people about these signs. With the increase in number of signs for pregnancy, the chance of getting pregnant increases.

PeriodIf you missed period, then it is possible that you are pregnant. It is not the only condition showing pregnancy. As periods are missed or delayed due to some other reasons like illness, stress, change in medication, being overweight, being underweight, change in schedule, miscalculation, menopause, peri-menopause etc.
In such case, if you have gone through a pregnancy test, and if it is negative, still wait for another week and retest. If second test is again negative then visit a doctor. You may have the idea of the reason behind missing your period now. Doctor will prescribe you medications after physical exam.
If you have unusual or abnormal period, then also you may be pregnant. They can be longer or shorter than ever. The flow amount may be different. In such cases check your pregnancy with a test or doctor.

Feelings
Sometimes you may have the feeling of pregnancyThen also you may possibly be pregnant. Nausea, vomiting, or morning sickness also shows the possibility of pregnancy. Morning sickness is very common and found many times prominently.If you find change in libido, you are possibly pregnant. Your body has various changes due to pregnancy and there is no difference in sexuality.

Emotional changes
Some first trimester emotional changes are observed during pregnancy. Sex desire will increase in you as you don't have to worry about birth control. You may find yourself sex conflicted as your images in mind of yourself becomes more motherly. Some of you may find sex occupied thought, having strange fantasies and dreams

Physical changes
First trimester physical changes are sensitive breasts, causes increased pain or pleasure to you. Here your breast undergoes faster changes. Due to vomiting and nausea you may reduce your sex wish.
You may find soreness in your breasts, which is one of the early symptoms in pregnancy. Breast tissue changes as a preparation for breast feeding. Your nipples also change and become larger and darker with progress in your pregnancy. Breast size increases and breast starts leaking colostrum which is the first milk your body makes. Some women may not have breast changes at all.
In pregnancy you may increase urination and have strange cravings. Up to 70 % women have cravings during pregnancy typically for ice creams and pickles. Fatigue, enlarged abdomen and changed uterus shape, palpation of the baby may be observed during pregnancy.

Montgomery's nipple is small goose like bump areas on the areola of your breast. It is not a problem but a positive pregnancy sign. Due to hormonal and mechanical changes your skin may change or have some allergies or stretch marks on skin are observed often.

Pregnancy masks
Pregnancy masks are pigmentation over face, cheeks, and forehead, due to melanotropin secretion. Acne may be found during pregnancy as skin becomes oily. On face, neck, arms, chest, legs, spider veins are observed in pregnancy. They are due to increased estrogen level into the body. It also causes reddening of palms and hands. Some women have accelerated nail growth, or thinning of their nails, while some may have excessive hair growth at unwanted places and increased sweating is also observed during pregnancy.
