Preparation Method- Roast fengreek seeds and mustard seeds and powder them.
- In a cooking pan, heat oil, add little mustard seeds. When they crackle add tomatoes and tamarind. Cover the pan and cook on a medium flame.
- When the tomatoes are well cooked and the oil can be seen floating on the top, add the fenugreek and mustard powder.Stir well.
- Add salt and chilli powder , and stir well.
- Cool and store in an airtight container in a referigerator.
