Black pepper few
Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
Green tea leaves few
Low fat milk 1 cup

Preparation Method

  • Heat 3 cups of water.
  • Meanwhile pound ginger, pepper and cinnamon together.
  • Add in all the paste, tea leaves and continue to boil .
  • Add milk and sugar and simmer for few minutes.
  • Strain and serve hot.
