Urinary incontinence is a condition, which results in poor urinary sphincter control; and consequently, involuntary passage of urine. Women are three times more likely to suffer from this problem as compared to men. Stress, improper bowel movements, certain medical conditions, and bad hygiene are common causes. To avoid getting incontinent, eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink more water and reduce your consumption of tea, coffee, colas, and alcohol.
