Our teeth play a very important role in our lives, but we hardly ever realize this. Other than being vital components of our smile, they are also vital in facilitating better digestion by reducing the particle size of the food that we eat. Poor dental health can be the cause as well as the consequence of certain diseases. Take this assessment to find out if your teeth are healthy.

Following the correct brushing technique, which takes at least two minutes, is the single most important thing to prevent dental problems. It is very important to brush your teeth every night before going to bed. Rinse your mouth after every meal. A toothbrush should be ideally replaced every 3-4 months; but if you find its bristles spreading out, then replace it immediately.
