Computer Vision Syndrome is commonly seen in office workers, students, and retired people who are regular computer users. Working for long hours on a video display terminal (VDT) may affect normal vision. Following simple measures like using an anti-reflection computer screen, taking breaks at regular intervals, maintaining a distance of 25-26 inches from the computer screen, and washing your eyes frequently can diminish or eliminate the symptoms of this condition.
