My test glucose blood sugar is little high - 224 and sometimes 140. Can I get normal levels?

Diagnostic values for Diabetes Mellitus (DM)- Fasting blood sugar >110mg/dl and 2 hours after meal >200mg/dl. If the blood sugar value is obtained in the borderline, it may be necessary to repeat the blood glucose estimation.
