So your schedule is inundated with deadlines, projects and presentations and you have not time to think about weight-loss methods? Tip # 1

Before going to the lunch break, have a glass of water or eat a small part of whole-wheat bread. Be active – do not ask the errand body to pick up Xerox papers or other files for you. Give yourself that much needed break and go collect the papers yourself. You are not wasting time; you are giving your brain some time to relax and your legs a little bit of stretch.
