 What should I eat before and after exercising?

During exercise what you eat before and after exercise play a very major role in weight loss. Nutrition plays a very important role along with exercise for healthy weight loss. For healthy weight loss have a target of 3-4 kg per month not more than that.

Alternate days of cardio and weight training should be done to increase your metabolic rate. Have a diet rich in protein, with good amount of fiber, antioxidants and vitamins and low in fat in combination with your exercise schedule Focus on training one body part only once a week.
