Yam patties

Preparation Method
For Stuffing:
-
Roast groundnuts and pound them into a coarse powder.

In a bowl, crumble the paneer. Add groundnut powder, grated coconut, ginger chili paste, coriander leaves,lemon juice and salt.

Mix the ingredients well and keep aside.
For Patties:

Pressure cook the yam and mash it completely.

Add ginger chili paste and salt.

Prepare 4 balls and flatten them.

Place a small portion of stuffing in between and close the ball to for a pattie.

Coat the patties with oat flour and shallow fry till brown on both sides.
