Preparation Method

Beat egg whites and keep aside.

In a bowl, mix besan,chopped tomatoes, finely cut chilies, chili powder and salt.

Add the crushed flax seeds and knead a dough.

Roll the rotis in oval shape and then cook on non-stick tava.

While the roti is still uncooked pour half the beaten egg onto it.

Flip it and cook till both sides are brown. Roll it with the egg inside.

Serve hot with green chutney.
