Preparation Method

Steam corn and crush it.

Add in wheat flour, chopped green chillies and coriander, all the spices and knead a soft dough.

Cover and keep for 30 min.

Later divide the dough into four equal portions and roll each into a round roti.

Cook on non-stick pan until one sides is brown.

Put the other side on the flame and allow it to fluff.

Serve hot with vegetable or raita.
