Nachni (Ragi) flour 1 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Milk 3/4 cup
Almonds 5-6 no.
Cardamon (Elichi) 1-2 no.

Preparation Method

  • Powder the sugar.
  • Dry roast the nachni flour. Add the milk and quickly stir.
  • Turn off the heat and let cool. Mix the powdered sugar, almonds and cardamon powder.
  • Make ladoo's and serve.
