Preparation Method
Method:
- Soak Bajra for 4-5 hrs, drain the water completely and wrap in a muslin cloth. Keep it for minimum 1 day and allow it to sprout.
- Soak Udad dal for 3 hrs.
- Grind it together and make thick batter .Allow fermenting for 7-8 hrs.
- Add ginger chili paste and salt to the batter.
- Heat a nonstick pan, smear it with little oil. Pour a spoonful of batter on top and spread it. Sprinkle methi and coriander leaves on top. Turn once remove when brown spots appear on both sides.
- Serve hot with coriander chutney
