Preparation Method

Soak bajra for 4-5 hr, drain the water completely and wrap in a muslin cloth. Keep aside for a day. Allow it to sprout.

Also soak udad dal separately for 3 hr.

Grind bajara and udad dal to make a thick batter. Allow fermenting for 7-8 hr.

Add ginger chili paste and salt to the batter. Add water if required to make a dosa like batter consistency.

Heat a nonstick pan, smear it with little oil. Pour a spoonful of batter on top and spread it. Sprinkle methi and coriander leaves on top. Cook on both sides until brown spots appear.

Serve hot with coriander and mint chutney.
