Bajara Pancakes are rich in Vitamin E

Vitamin E is a potent antioxidant and is very much helpful for diabetics, obese , thyroid patients and stressed individuals.This Bajara pancake is a Vitamin E Rich recipe specially recommedned for diabetics and Obese individuals

Ingredients List

Ingredients Amount
Bajra, raw 2 Tbsp (30 g)
Udad Dal 1 Tbsp (15 g)
Ginger Chili Paste 1tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Methi leaves, finely chopped 1 Tbsp
Coriander leaves, finely chopped 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste

Preparation Method

Method:

  • Soak Bajra for 4-5 hrs, drain the water completely and wrap in a muslin cloth. Keep it for minimum 1 day and allow it to sprout.
  • Soak Udad dal for 3 hrs.
  • Grind it together and make thick batter .Allow fermenting for 7-8 hrs.
  • Add ginger chili paste and salt to the batter.
  • Heat a nonstick pan, smear it with little oil. Pour a spoonful of batter on top and spread it. Sprinkle methi and coriander leaves on top. Turn once remove when brown spots appear on both sides.
  • Serve hot with coriander chutney
