Low calorie diet pakode: is made out of Bottle Gourd is a very low calorie vegetable rich in antioxidants.

Ingredients List

Ingredients Amount
Bottle gourd 6 and half Tbsp
Pumpkin (ripe) 6 and half Tbsp
Wheat flour 1tsp
Sesame seeds 2 tsp
Coriander leaves 2-3 sticks
Oil 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Garam Masala to taste
Chili powder to taste
Green chilies 1-2

Preparation Method

Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius
  • Peel and mash bottle gourd
  • Add wheat flour, chopped coriander, garam Masala, chili powder and salt
  • Make 4 vade out of it and roll in sesame seeds
  • Brush with oil and bake till brown
  • Serve hot with curd or green chutney
