Ingredients Amount
cooked whole wheat pasta 3 cups
garlic, finely chopped 2 cloves
green chillies, finely chopped 2
paneer (cottage cheese), cut into cubes 11/2 cups
mixed sprouts 1/2 cup
thinly sliced mushrooms ( Optional ) 1/4 cup
milk 1/2 cup
fresh parsley, finely chopped 1 cup
fresh basil leaves, finely chopped 1/2 cup
cream 2 tbsp
butter 1 tbsp
salt to taste

Preparation Method
Heat the butter in a pan and add the garlic and green chillies.Add the paneer cubes and stir for some time.Add all the remaining ingredients and mix gently.Cook till the pasta is hot and serve immediately.
