Ingredients List

Ingredients Amount
mushrooms, cut into quarters 1/2 cup
cauliflower florets 1/2 cup
baby corn, cut into rounds 1/2 cup
onions, finely chopped 1/2 cup
peas 1/2 cup
red peppers / green peppers 1/4 cup
quick cooking rolled oats 1/4 cup
oil 1 tbsp
finely chopped coriander 1 cup
ginger 1 piece
green chillies 1-2
green garlic, chopped finely 1/2 cup
lemon juice 1 tbsp

Preparation Method
Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions and saute for 2-3 minutes.Add all the vegetables and saute for 2-3 minutes.Add 2 cups of water and salt and boil.Add the oats and cook for 5-7 minutes over a high flame till the vegetables are cooked.Add the ground paste and allow to simmer. Serve hot.
