Preparation Method

Blanch the spinach and puree. Keep aside

Heat the oil in a pan, add in chopped onions and saute for 2-3 min.

Add all the vegetables and saute.

Add 1/2 cup of water and salt.

Add the oats and cook for 5-7 min over a high flame till the vegetables are cooked and oats are soft.

Add the ginger chilli, garlic paste and spinach puree and allow to simmer. Serve hot.

Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
