Hara Bhara Paratha

Hara Bhara Paratha : is a Vitamin E Rich Recipe for Diabetics and Obese Stressed Inidividuals. Vitamin E is a potent antioxidant and is very much helpful for diabetics, obese , thyroid patients and stressed individuals.

Ingredients List

Ingredients Amount
Wheat Flour 7 Tbsp (105 g)
Spinach 1 Tbsp (15 g)
Oil 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste

Preparation Method

Method For dough:

  • Blanch the spinach and make it into puree
  • Make dough using wheat flour, oil, salt, and spinach puree for light green color (Do not use water)
  • Cover the dough and keep it for 5-7 minutes

Method For Chutney

  • Grind coriandern chili ginger paste, lemon, flaxseeds and salt in a mixer and make chutney

Method For Paratha

  • Divide the dough into 4 parts
  • Roll out 4 Chapatis and apply chutney on two of them and press the other two on top. Press lightly
  • Roast it on a tava turn once and remove when brown spots appear on both sides
  • Serve hot.
