Preparation Method
-
Blanch tomatoes and puree them.

Heat the oil,add the bay leaf, grated dudhi, grated carrots and saute for a few min. Add the pureed tomatoes.

Mix the cornflour in a little cold water and add to the soup.

Add in peas, spices, salt and 1-2 cups water and boil for 20 min.

Now pour the soup into a big bowl.

Sprinkle grated cheese and put in microwave grill for 5 min or until the cheese melts.

Serve hot.
