Preparation Method
Method:

Blanch the tomatoes,remove the skin and puree. Heat the puree in a pan and add cornflour.

Add finely Chopped vegetables and celery .

Add in chicken/vegetable stock and boil for 2 mins.

Add in chilli powder, salt and peper to taste .Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot or cold.
