Preparation Method
-
Soak daliya in water for about 2 hrs. Drain water and keep aside.

Boil and mash potato. Steam the sweet corn, peas and carrot (finely chopped).

Mix all the ingredients except oil in a large bowl.

Add salt and green chillies to taste. Make patties from the above mixture.

Smear very little oil on a non-stick tava and shallow fry the patties.

Serve hot with green chutney .
