Preparation Method
Clean and wash the corn well. Boil the corn for a few minutes till it is tender with a pinch of salt.Chop the tomatoes, carrots, capsicum and cucumber finely.Then add the pomegranates and corn to the finely chopped vegetables along with a pinch of salt and toss well.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
