Preparation Method

Heat a heavy bottomed skillet and add ghee in it.

Now fry wheat flour in ghee.

Soak dates in little warm water.Blenderize them.

In a sauce pan, heat the milk till a point where it is reduced to half its quantity i.e. condense the milk.

Meanwhile dissolve the cocoa powder in condensed milk heated on low flame in a pan.

Mix all ingredients together except walnuts and stir continuously.

When the mixture becomes thick, add walnuts and mix properly.

Pour it into a greased plate.

Allow it to cool and cut into squares.

Chocolate burfi is ready.
