Chatpata soyabean salad

Phytoestrogen and protein rich soya protects from various disorders particular cardiovascular and cancers. It also helps to relieve menopausal symptoms.

Ingredients List

Ingredients Amount
Soyabeans 1 cup
Tomato 1 no.
Spring onion with greens 2 no.
Cabbage 1/4 cup
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves few twigs

Preparation Method

  • Soak soyabean overnight in water. Pressure cook soyabean until soft (takes approx 6-10 whistle) Drain the water and keep aside.
  • Finely chop tomatoes, onions and cabbage.
  • Now toss all the ingredients together.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
