Preparation Method

Soak soyabean overnight in water. Pressure cook soyabean until soft (takes approx 6-10 whistle) Drain the water and keep aside.

Finely chop tomatoes, onions and cabbage.

Now toss all the ingredients together.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
