| Garlic green chili paste |

| Chili powder |

| Dried oregano |

1/4 teaspoon |

Preparation Method
For topping
-
Steam peas and sweet corn and keep aside.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the chopped onions and garlic chili paste and saute till the onion turns translucent.

Add the tomato puree and cook till the oil separates.

Add the diced paneer or tofu, sweet corn, green peas, tomato, green chili, sugar, chili powder, oregano and salt and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.

Remove from the fire and keep aside.
How to proceed
-
Place the khakhra pieces on a serving plate.

Top with the topping and garnish with the chopped coriander.

Serve immediately.
