Cabbage cream soup

Onion 1 no.
Carrot 1 no.
Vegetable stock 5 cup
Cream,low fat 2 Tbsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tsp

Preparation Method

  • Chop all the vegetables finely.
  • Stir fry the vegetables in little oil.
  • Then add the vegetable stock to it.
  • Cook the vegetables until soft and then add cream, salt and pepper.
  • Bring to a boil and serve hot.
