Cabbage and Coconut Salad

This is a Vitamin C rich saladbut because of the coconutthere needs to be a tab on the portion size.that's a warning !

Ingredients List

Ingredients Amount
cabbage, shredded finely, dipped into ice-cold water for 15 minutes 1
coconut, grated into long shreds 1/2 cup
coconut paste 1/2 cup
green chilli paste 1 tbs
thick curds, whipped 1/2 cup
ginger, grated 1 tsp
cooking oil 1 tsp
mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
curry leaves A few
salt for taste

Preparation Method
Remove the cabbage from the water and spread on a kitchen towel to dry.Combine all the ingredients well except the salt.Heat the oil. Add the mustard seeds and curry leaves, after it crackles on the fire, pour it on the salad.Add salt when serving.
