Preparation Method
-
Boil the milk in a pan and cook till it starts to thicken.

Add mashed apple to it.Also add in cardamom powder.

After first boil, remove from the flame.

When still hot, add the sugar free and stir well until it dissolves.

Sprinkle with walnuts.

Serve hot.
