Apple Kheer

Apple kheer is a low cal, sugar free dessert, but since apples are high in soluble fibre have the cholesterol lowering quality in turn preventing heart strokes.

Apples ( peeled and grated) 2
Skimmed Milk 2 cups
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Artificial sweetener As per taste
Walnuts (chopped) 2 tsp

Preparation Method
Boil the milk in a panAdd sweetener to it, stir and cook on a medium flame till the milk gets reduced to half.Now add apples to it.After first boil, remove from the flame.Sprinkle with almonds, cardamom powder and pistas.Refrigerate.Apple Kheer is ready.
