Whole wheat flour 2 Tbsp
Refined flour (Maida) 2 Tbsp
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon powder (Dalchini) 1/4 tsp
Walnuts 1-2 no.
Baking soda a pinch
Salt a pinch
Apple 1/2 no.
Egg white 1no.
Vanilla essence a drop
Oil 1 Tbsp
Brown sugar 3 Tbsp
Apple/ orange juice 3 Tbsp
Raisins few

Preparation Method

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degree celsius.
  • Mix in dry and wet ingredients together until the batter is uniform.
  • Add water if required to get the desired consistency.
  • Spoon the mixture evenly into the muffin pans.
  • Bake the muffins in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
