Preparation Method
Soak Aliv Seeds in cold milk for approximately 3-4 hours. After 3-4 hours, Aliv seeds will get swollen. Heat a pan, add soaked alive seeds, Jaggery, Coconut. Mix well and simmer over medium heat. When the mixture becomes thick enough to form laddus, turn off the heat and let the mixture become lukewarm. Make medium sized Laddus
