Aliv laddus
Aliv (also know as halim) laddus are rich in iron. It is an excellent recipe for treating anemia.

Preparation Method

Soak aliv seeds in cold milk for approximately 3-4 hours until they are swollen.

Heat a pan, add jaggery. When it starts melting add aliv seeds and coconut. Cook over a slow flame

Constantly mix until it thickens enough to form laddus.

Turn off the heat and when the mixture slightly cools down make laddus.
