Recipe for Paneer Mix Veg Patties

Ingredients List

Ingredients Amount
Potatoes 5.5 Tbsp
Paneer (cottage cheese) - crumb)ed. 30 g
Peas 1 Tsp
French Beans 2 tsp
Carrot 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1 Tsp
Coriander leaves- (finely chopped) 2 tsp
green Chilly Paste 1 tsp
Lemon half
Oil 3 tsp
Oats Flakes For coating
Salt to taste

Preparation Method

Method for patties:

  • Steam potatoes and mash them completely
  • Add half the ginger chili paste and salt.
  • Make into three balls for the 3 patties.

Method for stuffing:

  • Chop all vegetables into fine dices. Boil for 5 min.
  • Grate paneer and chop coriander finely
  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Add lemon juice, salt and ginger chili paste and mix well
  • Roll into 3 equal balls.
  • Flatten the potato balls and fill it with stuffing mixture form into patties.
  • Coat the patties with oat flakes and then shallow fry till brown on both sides.
