Preparation Method
For tikkis
-
Steam potatoes and mash them completely.

Add half the ginger chili paste and salt.

Make into balls and keep aside.
For stuffing
-
Dice all vegetables finely. Steam them for 5-10 min.

Grate paneer.

Mix all the ingredients.

Add lemon juice,chopped coriander, salt and ginger chili paste. Mix well. Stuffing is ready.

Now take the potato balls and flatten them. Place a small portion of stuffing in between and close the ball to for tikkis.

Coat them with wheat flakes and then shallow fry till brown on both sides.
