Preparation Method
-
Soak daliya and chana dal for 2 hrs.

Fry daliya and chana dal in half the oil. Add salt to it.

Take off daliya and chana dal from the fire. Grind it to form a thick batter.

Add chopped green chilies, boiled sweet corn and green peas, curds to the batter.

Bring to idli batter consistency. Add water if necessary.

Grease the idli holder and fill each of them with 3/4th full of batter.

Steam cook idlis on medium flame for about 10 minutes or until done.

Serve hot with sambhar and green chutney.
