Rangeela Pohe : is an Antioxidant rich recipe with lots of vegetables. These Vegetables are a good source of antioxidants. It is good to include all colors in the diet whenever possible since these pigments contain phytochemicals beneficial to the body. This recipe makes 1 serving

Ingredients List

Ingredients Amount
Rice Flakes, thick 2 Tbsp
Onion 1/2
Potato 1/2
Carrot 1/4
Peas 2 tsp
Red capsicum 1/4
Green chilies 2
Coriander handfull
Oil 1 tsp
Salt and haldi to taste

Preparation Method

  • Cut the onion, potato, Carrot, Beetroot into small dices.
  • Soak Pohe for a minute and drain the water.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add green chilies and onion.
  • When onion turns soft, add other vegetables. Add salt and haldi.
  • When half cooked add the rice flakes.
  • Cook for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
