Pumpkin Fingers with spicy dip

Pumpkin Fingers : are a Vitamin A rich snack. Vitamin A is a potent antioxidant and has an important role to play in immunity, skin and overall health.

Ingredients List

Ingredients Amount
For Pumpkin Fingers
Pumpkin-ripe 6.5 Tbsp
Wheat flour 1 Tbsp
Sesame seeds 2 Tsp
Coriander leaves 2-3
Oil 1 tsp
Garam Masala To taste
Chili powder to taste
Green Chillies 1-2
Salt to taste
For Spicy Dip
Curd 3 Tbsp
Grated Pumpkin 2 tsp
Chili powder to taste
Chat masala, salt to taste

Preparation Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
  • Peel and mash pumpkin .
  • Add wheat flour, chopped coriander, garam masala, chili powder and salt.
  • Cut 6 sticks (thin) out of the pumkin and roll them in the sesame seeds.
  • Brush with oil and bake till brown.
  • Mix the spicy dip ingredients.
  • Serve Spicy dip with hot fingers.
