Preparation Method

Add the salt and hot water to the bajra flour and make dough. Knead well and keep aside for 5-10 min

Meanwhile,make a stuffing by mixing crumbled paneer, finely chopped onion and methi leaves. Add salt to taste.

Now divide the bajra dough into 4 equal portion and roll each into a chapati. Spread the stuffing on two chapatis and then put the other chapatis on top. Press from sides.

Cook each stuffed chapatis on a non stick tawa ( griddle ) with minimal oil.

Serve hot with raita.
