Healthy pasta

Healthy pasta is loaded with fiber and anti-oxidants. Fiber helps to control our weight and regularize bowel movements whereas antioxidant prevent cell from free radical damage and promote good health.

Ingredients List

Ingredients Amount
Whole wheat pasta 1 1/2 cup
Garlic chili paste 2 tsp
Tofu(Soya paneer) 1/2 cup
Mixed sprout 1/2 cup
Mushroom ( Optional ) 2-3 no.
Low fat mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Fresh parsley or oregano few twigs
Fresh basil leaves few
butter 1 tsp
salt to taste

Preparation Method

  • Heat the butter in a pan and add the garlic and green chillies.
  • Add tofu cubes and stir for some time.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients and mix gently.
  • Cook till the pasta is hot and serve immediately.
