Cabbage coconut salad

Try this refreshing salad but do not forget to limit portion size.

Ingredients List

Ingredients Amount
Cabbage 1 1/2 cup
Coconut 1/4 cup
Green chili paste 1 tsp
Hung curds 1/2 cup
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves (Kadi Patta) few
Salt to taste

Preparation Method

  • Grate the cabbage and coconut.
  • Combine all the ingredients well except the salt.
  • Heat the oil.
  • Add the mustard seeds and curry leaves, and allow it to crackle.
  • Remove from fire and pour it on the salad.
  • Add salt when you serve.
