Relax, you are too young to start worrying about your height and weight already!
First of all, at 51, you are not grossly underweight! You can put up weight by following some healthy diet patterns. Consume milk, nuts, fruits. Include a lot of carbohydrates in your diet. Stay away from greasy stuff though. Also try building muscle mass by increasing your protein intake.
Now for height, join some health club. Be very regular with stretching exercises. Play sports like basket ball, volley ball etc.
Whatever you do, remember to be regular. With time, you will see results for sure :)
