Can one learn CPR simply by reading a manual and following the instructions given or does a person have to go for a training session to learn how to do it practically. It is a good thing to know how to perform a cardio-pulmonary resuscitation because you can actually help to save a person's life. I also want to know if there are any risks involved if the resuscitation is not done in the correct manner.
