Are you pleased with your weight? If you answered Yes, you are a rare individual. Nearly all people in our society think they weigh more & want to loose. Usually, their primary reason is that they want to look acceptable as per the society's standards.
Eating too much or not being physically active enough will make you overweight. To successfully lose weight, you must carry out a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity rather than opting for crash diets which can over a certain period of time can have detrimental effects on health.
The secret to losing weight is really no secret at all, Here are some practical tips to lose weight:
- Most overweight people should lose weight gradually. For safe and healthy weight loss, try not to exceed a rate of to 1 kg per week.
- Read food labels. You should know what's in the food that you're putting in your mouth. Check both the ingredients list and the nutritional facts, especially the serving sizes.
- Use a smaller plate and eat slowly:- So that you feel you are eating more than you are. Eat slowly at least take 20mins for chewing your meal.
