What are the best exercises to burn calories?
 
I am a female, 42 yrs old, weighs 51 kg and 158 cm tall. My exercise regime is given below: Morning walk for 30 minutes covers 2.5 km, 6 days in a week; Plays badminton for 30 minutes, 5 days in a week; Jog in the motorised treadmill for 30 minutes covering 5 km, 3 days in a week; and do some conditioning exercise in Gym . Is my exercise optimum? Please advise
 
I am diabetic but as I am suffering from waist problem, I cannot do proper exercise. Any alternate method. I also had unstable angina on 21/09/2007.
